Hibachi Chinese - Elizabethtown

This restaurant is absolutely amazing, and I enjoy every visit. I've had lunch here with my coworkers and brought my fiancé for a date, and each time has been wonderful. The food is delightful, plus they let you take two plates when you dine in. My only issue is that my friend can only eat meat, and despite offering to pay extra, they wouldn't accommodate him. If you're in the mood for hibachi, I highly recommend checking this place out—it's fantastic! Just a heads-up, they don't accept Discover, so be aware of that when you go.

The food was excellent, but as you've read, the customer service left much to be desired. The woman was shouting at our waiter, who was just a young boy. You're not allowed to waste food or take your drink with you when you leave. I believe the woman who owns the place could be the downfall of this restaurant. They should consider keeping her out of sight. Food: 5, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I was ready to give a very bad review by reading other reviews but the only complaint I have is, don't tell me where to sit let me choose and the owner/waitress should learn better public relationship. I had to ask for a refill on water because I was never checked on. The food was actually very good and with my water I paid only $10.25. I can accept that as a reasonable price. Advice to staff be more acquainted with the customers and let them know that you appreciate them for choosing your restaurant over the rest . Without the customers coming in and paying for your food, you would fail. So show some appreciation. Conclusion: I had a great visit.
