The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 for its quality and taste. The Arby's Signature Sandwiches were particularly delicious, and the Boneless Chicken Wings paired perfectly with the fries. Service was equally impressive, also receiving a top rating of 5—prompt and friendly! The atmosphere, while a bit lower at 4, still contributed positively to the overall experience. I highly recommend giving this place a try for a satisfying meal!

I usually have a better experience at this Arby's, but my last visit was a bit disappointing. The cashier seemed shy while taking my order, greeting me at the window, and processing my payment, which gave me the impression that she wasn't very eager to help. Typically, the food presentation is good, but this time was different; I only received about 9 or 10 french fries with my boneless hot honey wing nuggets. On the positive side, the food was tasty, hot, and fresh, even though the presentation left something to be desired. The appearance of my food matters just as much as its flavor. On the bright side, the prices were very affordable, which I appreciated. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

The service was prompt and the food was tasty, but I was charged for an item I neither ordered nor received. Additionally, the restaurant could use some improvement in cleanliness; it wasn't alarmingly dirty, but it did feel a bit neglected.

I went through the drive-thru to place my order, but I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, so I asked if I could have a moment to check the menu sign. The employee responded with an annoyed "ugh." I decided to leave and go to a different restaurant instead.
