Chick-fil-a - Elizabethton

The staff here are friendly, but this is by far the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited. The app indicates that delivery is available, and I’ve successfully ordered delivery to my apartment in the past. However, now when I try to place a delivery order, I can complete the payment, but then it immediately cancels my order. This is quite disappointing.

This restaurant has the best food in town! We have four picky eaters, and this is one place they all agree on. There's no arguing among the kids when we're eating Chick-fil-A because they're too busy enjoying the chicken, waffle fries, and milkshakes! I also love the salads. The employees at Chick-fil-A are always professional and courteous. I really appreciate that, no matter how busy it gets, they always manage to keep the drive-thru line moving quickly. It’s my family’s favorite restaurant!

I planned on driving thru but it was busy and moving slow. I ended up going inside which was still slow. I love Chick-fil-A but the service is getting slower and slower. The employees are all very nice but I don't think they have enough staff orsomething

We eat at CFA a lot. I feel like this location is consistently lacking compared to the others. Our last visit, 7/23, the dining room was a mess. We had to clean our table off before we even sat down. However, our order was all correct, which is not anexperience I normally have it this location. Food is always good, but 9/10 times, something is left out of our order. Drive thruis always slower than other CFA?s.

I love Chick-fil-A! The food is always consistently good, and the chicken is delicious. The staff is well-trained and friendly. It's our go-to restaurant when we're looking for something quick and tasty.
