Bojangles' - Elizabethton

The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. They serve a fantastic breakfast and the drive-thru is quite good. I really love this place!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman I assumed was the manager was quite unhelpful and refused to offer me a complimentary meal for an order I placed back in September. The chicken I received was undercooked, and the mashed potatoes were not good at all. When I called to address the issue, I was told that they would note my name for a replacement meal since they had been busy and I didn’t need to provide a receipt. However, when I went to redeem the meal, she insisted that I needed a receipt and wouldn’t check for my name, even though I had the purchase on my phone. It felt like she simply didn’t want to assist me. Unfortunately, I've decided not to return as a result.

I visited the store today, and I encountered a very rude woman. Initially, she claimed that no one was available to take phone calls, but she then seemed to know exactly who I was. However, she refused to give me the replacement meal because I didn't have my receipt. I explained again what I had been told, but she would not budge. Other employees recognized the situation and the staff member I had spoken with, but it didn’t matter to her. I even had the transaction amount on my phone as proof, but she was adamant that she wouldn't provide the replacement.

*ATTENTION* For people that haven't tried Bojangles sweep potato pies, you don't know what you're missing. They're sweet potato pies are better than any others I've tasted at some of the most famous fast food restaurants. I'm not crazy about sweet potatoesbut they taste more like dessert than a potato. I ?? them so much. That's why I'm taking the time to write this review.Hopefully the people that read this will go try Bojangles sweet potato pie. Buy more than one so you can let your family memberstry it also. I believe after tasting Bojangles, you'll never buy one from McDonald's ever again.

Really wish they would bake their biscuits just a bit longer so they're golden brown and done all the way through. Would make this a 5-star fast food restaurant.
