Pizza was great. Love that we have a good pizza place again! Friendly staff. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+

Visited this place twice and both times were disappointing. On our first visit, we were served a pizza with a crust so burnt it was literally black. I was surprised they considered it acceptable to serve to customers. On our second visit, we arrived around 4PM when the restaurant was barely occupied, with only two other tables taken. Despite this, we waited for over an hour for our orders of wings, and eventually left without being served. We won't be giving them a third chance. Would not recommend.

The service isn’t good. They have an app to be able to set a time to pick up your pizza stating they only need 20 minutes advance. I ordered it to pick up in 40 minutes. I got no confirmation that it was ready but the web page said it was. So I called and they said it wasn’t. They didn’t say when it would be ready. I called 40 minutes later to check and they said yes. Went to pick it up and it was barely warm. They said that an email would send when it was ready. I never got one. I ordered online, gluten free, and it says $23.99 then when I paid it said $29.99. Which $6.00 up charge for gluten free is ridiculous. I called and told them and all they said was it was because their provider for the ordering website hadn’t updated the prices. They didn’t care to honor the price that was stated online. I worked for a company that does website design and development, if management really wanted it changed they would make that happen. And then when I went in to tell them all of this to give them feedback about how communication would go a long way with people she didn’t care at all. Didn’t even apologize, let alone try to make up for the terrible service and deception on the website. I won’t go back. I love their gluten free pizza but I don’t love it enough to put up with terrible service and pay $30. I can get 3 gluten free pizzas at the store for the price of that and it would be a lot quicker.
