212 Pizza Co - Castle Rock

I recently visited 212 Pizza Company for the first time with a small group of friends and we had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere at 212 Pizza was cozy and inviting, and the shop was beautifully decorated. The service was excellent, with staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and attentive to our needs. We started our meal with drinks from their impressive brew list and enjoyed a delicious salad with mixed greens, pear, walnuts, cranberries, red onions, and feta. Our individual pizzas were flavorful and the gluten-free crust was a hit with one member of our group. We ended our meal with creamy gelato from their freezer section. Overall, I highly recommend 212 Pizza Company to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

AMAZING!!! gluten free pizza was best ever tasted. even had meatballs to put on it. my son loved the topping selections. My husband who doesn't really eat pizza found a combo with salmon, dill and feta that was to die for. I loved that they had great beers-even milk stout/my fav! and to top it off gelato-yumm! the service was fast and very friendly. the owner Alex came out to talk bread making process with hubby. such a great guy. so glad we found this place after moving here just 2 weeks ago. our new fav! with salads and sandwiches too don't think we will need to go anywhere else to eat!! you all have got to try it!!!

I visited this restaurant while in town visiting my brother, who is a regular there. The place was amazing! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I was expecting a more cozy atmosphere, as it was bright and the acoustics were not great. However, the fantastic food, wide selection of beers, and the wonderful hospitality made it one of the best pizza places I've ever been to. I highly recommend trying the meatball platter appetizer - it's amazing!

I was thrilled to visit the new pizza restaurant in town and it exceeded all of my expectations! The pizza was delicious and filled with fresh, locally sourced organic veggies and high-quality meats. Although it was a bit expensive, it was definitely worth it. The toppings were generous and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff and owner were friendly. I can't wait to return and try their craft beers!

We are kicking ourselves for not trying 212 Pizza Co sooner!! My boyfriend and I live right here in Founders Village and used to eat Nicolo's once in a while. We are health freaks so pizza is not really on the menu very often...well that might be changing now that we've had 212! This might be the best pizza I've ever had in my life!! We got the Dalai Lama pizza (made a few adjustments with no issue and the All The Rage pizza (minus the prosciutto-still amazing . We were almost fighting over the leftovers the next day. I absolutely love what this place stands for and hope it is around for a very, VERY long time (forever would be great!
