Starbucks - Elgin

I have to leave a review because I really don't want this to happen to anyone else! I often come to this place and I will say that they have been struggling their game lately, even though understaffed. I would have liked to give a higher star rating, but today was a catastrophe. it's like you're telling them. Today the lid completely dived from my drink while I drove and coffee all over the middle console and electric buttons/gars of our brand new truck. I am so upset because this is not the first time that their lids were not the right fit and made me spill my drink. I was even deliberately extra cautious because this happened several times before, but it was clearly not enough. the prayer of the electronic parts of the car is not ruined. please warn their customers!

I am not one to complain, but for six dollars, they think that they would get at least a little less ice, this beaker is filled with ice and only so much liquid it is unrealistic.

Bad customer service. I literally work at dieucks and my dieucks is nothing like this. our literally always tries to make our customers feel comfortable, I hate to go to this. when I use my pay, they ask me crazy. the in South Elgin or Dundee is nothing like this, always taken back as bad their customer service is. I will avoid these diets, in good, do not want to go anywhere, I feel judged and are being asked about me as a partner when I am clear. that red hair girl has to work on her rigid problems, she has someone who has taken my order before customers?

Wait time is about average as most Starbucks are to be expected. Staff is very polite and communicative every time i use the drive thru.
