I tried Noah's for the first time ever and i will never return. i was charged 4 times for my large order which resulted in over 100$ in charges. i tried to fix this by calling, emailing, and even DMing them on Instagram and I was completely left in the dark. i checked in multiple times a week with no answer until I talked to my bank over 2 weeks later to dispute the charges. it was almost impossible to get help from them. i would have liked the product if the customer service wasn't no terrible a

What sets this place apart isn’t its flavor or a unique recipe; rather, it’s the shop manager who makes all the difference. He has a remarkable intelligence and excels at customer relations. He remembers your third order and the previous two, and anticipates what you want before you even have to say it. This is someone who truly understands the art of service. The shop is bustling from 5:30 AM to 10 AM, but the manager handles it all brilliantly, connecting with regulars and newcomers alike. Whenever I stop by a few times a month to enjoy that experience, I always make it a point to visit this shop.
