Blossom Ramen - El Segundo

I ordered the green ramen, and it was quite bland. I've tried it twice, and each time I've ended up with a headache afterward. I'm sure the other ramen options are better, but considering the outrageous prices for add-ons, this dish was disappointing. The only redeeming aspect of my experience was the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant.

I tried the Ramen Black Hanasaku, and it did not disappoint. It was full of flavor, especially the egg, which was even more delicious. The service was friendly as well.

HIDDEN GEM ALERT!!!!! Nestled in El Segundo, Blossom Ramen is a delightful surprise for anyone with discerning taste. Despite its modest exterior, this cozy eatery offers an unforgettable taste of Japan. The spicy miso ramen is a flavor explosion, beautifully paired with their refreshing coral reef lemonade. Each dish showcases a dedication to authenticity, making Blossom Ramen a must-visit for those craving genuine Japanese cuisine. My only suggestion would be to expand the meat options—adding a chicken ramen would be fantastic. Other than that, this place is outstanding!

The young man who took our order was very polite and helpful, and the interior of the restaurant was lovely, with cherry blossoms hanging from the light fixtures and a vibrant back wall painting of a ninja owl enjoying ramen. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great! One free tip from my experience as a former server: When a restaurant states it closes at, say, 10 PM, that means you should have ordered, eaten, paid, and left by that time. Simply arriving at 9:50 PM and expecting to be seated won't work. Being mindful of this ensures you'll receive the best service!

The restaurant is small, with only a few tables. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of arriving right after it opened, so all the tables were taken, and no one had been served yet. However, the broth was outstanding.
