Contribuiți la feedbackI hate to sound like a Karen, but this Taco Bell is the worst I've ever visited. Went in after being told to because they gave me the wrong order. Then when I came back they said I wasn't in the books for it. Ended up paying g for another 2 meals.
The staff do not not want to take customer's orders. They try to convince you to place your order on the touch screens.
Terrible customer service. After standing at the register ten minutes. The lady behind the register. Asked I have been helped...
Did not like the customer service. Staff was sending everyone to kiosk and my order came out wrong.
The service was bad employee throw all my food in the bag and it was a mess. Bad customer service!
