Contribuiți la feedbackI eat here quite often. Usually at least once a week. The sandwiches are always great and the staff is always friendly and courteous. I usually order to go and I've never spent more than 10 or 15 minutes at most even when they are busy. I love Subway and have the choice of several locations on the west side of El Paso and I choose to always go to this one.
A couple of weeks ago, I went through the drive through to get my husband a tuna sandwich. When I arrived home, he opened a ham sandwich. Someone else expecting ham found tuna. I called and spoke to Lara, who apologized profusely and told me to ask for her. So, two weeks later, I came in to get both my husband and me a sandwich each, and each of us a bag of chips and two cookies each. I was going to pay, and she gave it all to me for free. I said it was just one sandwich, I was very willing to pay for everything else. She said no; that was the store policy. She refused to let me pay for any of it. I couldn?t believe it! One doesn't see that kind of care any more! We WILL be back.
I would go to this location a lot then a couple months ago the chicken tasted funny and had a funny texture. I did send corporate and email but never got anything back from them. It had been a couple months so I figured let?s try it. Nope!! The chicken was disgusting and it smelled nasty!! I will never go to this location again. I do not know what?s going on but the chicken is not right. A coworker also went a couple months ago and he experienced the same issue. If I could give negative stars I would.
I went on Saturday The Manager was extremely busy and I noticed a brand new guy, working normal but the manager was so fast He told me He?ll take my order, I said no problem! He went out to deliver a curbside order, changed his gloves, answered the phone, replaced the vegetable trays, prepared my order and He never lost his smile OMG I was tired only by looking at Him! He was very very professional and polite Kudos for having a nice person like him working for you
Please be careful. I called because my daughter and her friend ordered ham and bacon sandwiches and they got food poisoning. I asked for the owner or manager but the girl refused to give me the number. She could of taken my information and told the manager to call me. I was dismissed right away. Even if you are busy and sell product doesn't mean a person cannot get sick from the food a person consumes from your restaurant. Listeria from deli product, salmonella from not washing their vegetables or are they not washing their hands?? Not going back! Health Department on their way!
