Quesadillas and the chicken salad were also really good! Many small sides and extras like sauces and tortillas also come with the order, and it made for a satisfying meal!

I was very disappointed with the food and service. We ordered the 12 piece combo with 2 sides. We asked for Mexican rice for one of the sides, but got fries instead. Apparently the lady taking our order at the register was not paying attention. Normally orders like this come with large sides. These were not, they were individual sides not enough for two people. We also ordered chicken salad and beans which were okay but not great. The corn tortillas were bland and tuff, not appetizing at all. Drinks were not included. For the money spent it was not worth it. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

Holy s . First time being in El Paso, and first time eating at Don Carbon, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny! The food was delicious! Smoky, touch of spicy, juicy, flavorful, and mouth watering. The marinade and seasoning they use for their chicken is out of this world. A touch of salsa, Pico de Gallo, and pickled red onions with the chicken and you're in heaven. Chicken doesn't get much better than this! ???10/10 I recommend, highly.

I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews. There's time when the food is good and not overly seasoned with salt but even then it's so pricey and you have to stay on top of the employees because they will give you the wrong order or they won't charge you for what you actually ordered. You have to have them repeat your order. I paid $24 for one of the #1 and it's just the chicken, some corn tortillas and 3 salsas. I personally feel that's too much. NO other sides are included, you have to order them separately. In total for TWO #1 and 6 sides, I paid $75. Maybe individual meals are more reasonable but won't be back anymore. Too pricey.
