Tony Roma's - Edmonton

The food was great as expected and it was a nice restaurant. When we arrived on Tuesday, waitress Tuyet 103 was very busy when she looked like she was the only waitress and I counted about 10 tables I could see. She was very attentive to our table and she made many trips back to make sure everything was okay with our table. Everyone on our table agreed that she was a great waitress.

I used to visit this place for their lunch very often. The food was good, the service was great, and you could be in and out in an hour so I could get to my lunch break. My last two experiences were not so good. The food is still good, but the service is extremely slow and economical. The first time it took 2 hours for dinner. It took at least 20 minutes to track someone to order Dessert (I even told the manager that we waited a really long time and we cannot find our server), we had to wait another 30 minutes to actually get it, and they forget the dessert of my children. I told the manager that I would only give my children instead, because we didn't want to wait anymore, and he seemed happy with it and then ran away so quickly that I couldn't even ask for another spoon so that my children had to share one. Then I had to track someone to pay for another 20 minutes. My husband had to work and we thought 1.5 hours were enough time for dinner. He had to go and go home because we couldn't find anyone who helps us. The second time was during lunch. Once again we had to crash the server to even order our food. I ordered a meal with Fritten and the server told me that they would change the oil and that Fritten would last extra long. I decided to change it to a baked potato. It took almost 45 minutes for our food. When our food arrived, we had to ask for our bills and courts because it was time to go. The server brought me a Coleslaw to try to do it. I heard him bringing things to other customers, to also ensure slowness. I'm not sure what changed, maybe they're shorthanded in their backs? Unfortunately, these last two experiences were bad enough not to return to one of my favorite spots.

Was a frequent visitor of this particular site for the year and have observed the downslide of it for the last few years. Came for the cattle ribs today and was surprised how small, hard and sour tasting they were. The beer was...flat that was disappointing. When we were gone, I found out that they now serve Halal-Rind, which could explain why I noticed such a difference. Last time we visit this place.

What a great place! On December 27th, we went at 545. The service was impeccable. The food absolutely delicious! Other Tony Roma may have closed, but don't give up if you love the Tony Roma!

Went with the family (9 people) they were VERY accommodating and the staff are fantastic ! Meal was hot, fresh and delicious kids and adults really enjoyed their meals. Definitely will be coming back again ! Thank You
