This place is absolutely amazing! The vegetable tempura was the best I’ve ever had! If you’re in the Edmonton area, you have to check this place out! (And it’s all gluten free and dairy free!!!

I have been to a lot of fine dinning but have never left still hungry. The protein was over salted and the veggies had almost no seasoning. The restaurant had a high price for a bad portion size and a very causal atmosphere. Also, to make matters worse, that small portion of food took 45 minutes to come out, when the place only had 10 other people. Will never be back

My friend opted for the seasonal fish, sea bass, while I had the medium-sized rock steak. The presentation was stunning—truly artistic—and the flavors were on point. It’s common for restaurants not to season steaks well, but this one was exceptional. It came with an arugula salad and fries, which were also delicious. They appeared to be coated in what looked like tempura batter, but I’m not entirely certain about that. My friend loved her meal too, particularly the roasted parsnips. For dessert, we shared a brownie that was moist and rich in chocolate flavor. I would definitely recommend The Cave to everyone; it offers an excellent culinary experience. While I wouldn't describe it as a cozy restaurant, it is very well done, and the food is worth visiting for. It’s a great local spot!

It was my second time visiting for breakfast, and I definitely plan to try the dinner menu next!
