Subway - Edmonton

I went to the restaurant around 6pm for dinner. Two young ladies working behind the counter were speaking a language other than English to each other while I was trying to place my order. This made me feel disrespected as I had to repeat myself several times since she was not paying attention. I left feeling that my patronage was not valued.

Two young girls were ridiculous and rude. eyeballing my spouse. idk if it’s a race thing against him or what, but it ain’t the first time he’s experienced that. they have zero customer service skills what so ever. just talked in their language overly loud and giggling so everyone could hear. it’s somewhere you’re supposed to sit down and enjoy your meal but all we could focus on was them. Then we are trying to leave but there they are, two of them cleaning the same door, blocking our way out. and didn’t move until another family tried to come in from outside. they’re ridiculous and i will never be returning. i wish there was a zero star rating.

The sandwich artist was uninterested in her job...asking numerous times for me to repeat myself. Toppings were distributed on my wrap like it was gold and too expensive for me. Had to ask 3 times for more toppings. My wrap had more wrap than fillings. So sad. Not sure I will return to this location.

We were told that the restaurant was closed and sent away at 9:45 pm.

There were two girls working at the restaurant tonight who were incredibly disrespectful. They were speaking in their own language, laughing at us, and refused to speak with us in a rude manner. We will not be returning to this location and if possible, I would give them negative stars.
