Smitty's Family Restaurants - Edmonton

I am very annoyed with my experience and will regret my life that I have ever visited this restaurant. I was in the hotel travel agency and ordered my daily break quickly from smitty’s. on my second day, the managername ron, took my order and gave me my food missing with a few cakes. I went to the hotel room and realized that my order was incomplete, so I came back and asked him to give me what was missing. I was shocked to see his behavior. I expected an apology, but instead he started confronting me and screaming at me. his attitude turned extremely rude and began to accuse me when I showed him his menu card and tried to remind him what I actually ordered. not only that, but he also gave me half cooked food and intimated me and tried to show me how I lay. I mean, who does this to the customers. I've never seen anyone screaming and swearing to customers. I have never been so humiliated in my life, so I left eating on the counter table without getting any refund. I would never recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially if this person is in service.

I recently joined the Smitty's club this year after not visiting for a few years, and I have been going back regularly ever since. They have really improved their game. I appreciate their affordable options and the ability to select from a menu rather than being limited to a set menu. I especially like the flexibility of being able to choose from a variety of options when I can't decide on a meal. If you haven't been to Smitty's in a while, I highly recommend giving them another try.

We enjoyed our usual lunch with our mother at this restaurant. It is always excellent! The food and service are great. Many thanks to our favorite server, Nila!

The staff at this restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. The employees are extremely friendly and accommodating.

My wife and I ordered off the seniors menu. I had the Turkey dinner and my wife had fish and chips. The Turkey dinner was excellent. With the meal came coffee salid and desert for 14.99. This special runs after 3 PM. My wife said...her fish was very good. For being a senior meal there was too many fries.
