Saigon Paradise Restaurant Ltd

Been going here for over 10yrs. Best Thai & Vietnamese in Edmonton. Love the chicken with crispy spinach on coconut rice & the vermicelli rice bowls.

Been to this restaurant for dine in and takeout many times. This time took Green curry chicken (#121), Shrimp, mushroom & cashews (#144), Pad Pack (vegetables #153) with coconut rice to go. Excellent, tasty thai. Good service. Only improvement would be décor and floor is a bit slippery.

The food here is apparently Vietnamese, but unlike any other Pho house I've been to. The salad rolls are wonderful, the Kung Phara Ram is killer (#143 on menu). Have it with coconut rice. Prices are not cheap, but definitely reasonable. Food normally arrives promptly, and although some staff struggle with english they are eager to please. I have yet to have a bad dish here. It's a little hidden in the corner of the parking lot of the Rosslyn Inn, but well worth seeking out.

Located in the strip mall by the Rossilyn Hotel this is another good find on the North side. As a first time we stayed with the tried and true Ginger Beef and Shrimp with Chow Fan (wide noodles). Both were very good. Looking at the orders at some of the other tables that Thai spicy dishes and Vietnamese Pho dishes looked very good. We will definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu. You can take a large group to this restaurant and everyone can order to their tastes.

I found the food to be at very good presentation, quality and taste. The wait for the food wasn't very long ether I think because it wasn't busy. Al-tho they were playing some kind of melody over and over that could make some fall asleep. Also don't bother coming here on Monday's because that's the only day they are closed..
