By this point, my husband asked if we could take our food to go since we had been there for two hours and our kids were getting tired. However, Hanna rudely informed us that since it was all-you-can-eat, we couldn't take any leftovers. We understand the policy, but the wait for our food was excessive. My husband and I had only managed to eat two servings each, and I couldn't eat mine due to how unappetizing it was. Hanna's refusal to accommodate our request was not only rude but also lacking in basic courtesy. Thank you, Hanna, for the terrible service; we will definitely not be returning.

Additionally, I ordered Chicken Fajitas and was almost finished with the pitas, salsa, and lettuce before the chicken actually arrived—about five minutes later. Both ladies in our group asked for wet cloths to clean up the spills of pop and juice on the chairs and the plastic tablecloth, especially the edge that touches your clothes while sitting. His attention to detail was impressive; he checked on several tables in his section frequently, including ours, and was quick to respond when we requested drink refills or placed additional food orders. I particularly appreciated how he took the time to take my 4-year-old son's order, allowing him to order for himself. Jacob displayed a caring and understanding demeanor, especially towards children, which is something that truly matters to us. Everyone deserves exceptional service, regardless of their age or cognitive abilities. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and Jacob's service made our evening all the more enjoyable. Thank you, Jacob! **Kid-Friendliness:** There are plenty of kid-friendly food and drink options available.

The waitress was very rude. Our food took over an hour for appetizers and even more for the meal. Our server was Hannah. Our food also came out cold . We told her, she took it back with an attitude and just literately rewarmed it. Got 2 different alcoholic drinks (Long Island and a momma lemonade), both tasted like water. We kindly informed her at the end of the meal that she could have apologized  for the service and food- and she just said it was our problem. I have never sent back food in my life. This experience was very poor and I would not recommend- it partially ruined my birthday with its negativity.

The food... great... delicious... we were all pleased... several pulled pork sandwiches, all you can eat ribs... mac and cheese with bacon, brisket sandwich... kids meals... mmmm good. Our server, Lindsey was amazing. Food coming out was a bit slow.. but they were beyond busy.. so understandable. 10 thumbs up...
