Marble Slab Creamery - Edmonton

Terrible experience. Pre ordered ice cream cake for a party. They made the wrong one and told me keep it or get your money back.. now I'm either out a cake for my party or take a cake I didn't order. The customer service was deplorable, zero effort to ensure a happy customer. No accountability( they kept insisting the cake was correct) and false advertising( they claim their chocolate coffee cake has coffee whip, the owner told me they do not have flavored whip apparently).I hope you do better Marble Slab, I have notified Marble Slab Canada of your poor performance.

Delicious icecream in the city. The girl named Shivani working there was so nice and polite every single time I go there.

Went there earlier tonight, the girl working there was lovely, though I thought she was the only one working until a 3/4 orders were done, there was a guy in the back that looked like he was on his phone, it seemed unprofessional; they ran out of banana split containers when he could've restocked them. 4 out of 5 stars because the guy could've at least greated us and helped the girl. Other than that, AMAZING service from the young lady tonight.

The staff provided excellent service, and the deals here are better than those at other locations! I highly recommend this place!
