Terrible experience. Pre ordered ice cream cake for a party. They made the wrong one and told me keep it or get your money back.. now I'm either out a cake for my party or take a cake I didn't order. The customer service was deplorable, zero effort to ensure a happy customer. No accountability( they kept insisting the cake was correct) and false advertising( they claim their chocolate coffee cake has coffee whip, the owner told me they do not have flavored whip apparently).I hope you do better Marble Slab, I have notified Marble Slab Canada of your poor performance.
Customer service 5 stars as girl who helped us was really good.The reason for 2 stars is quality. I ordered my usual maple walnut and I always add walnuts and almonds in topping which she did but walnuts tasted as old walnuts and I don’t wanna call myself a pro at knowing nuts but seriously those nuts taste like they have been sitting there all winter. You can feel it’s old as walnut oil is released very intensely. I feel they need to put some tags with expiry date which customers can see. Icecream quality was good but lately I feel it’s getting more and more sweeter. So next time I am sorry I won’t give my business to this location.I have tasted same flovour in different cities across Canada and they all taste good but just not this place.Also price hike.. don’t wanna write another paragraph on it. It’s too much.I highly recommend buying the brand Desi licious. I found fromChalo fresco on 17 street. The taste of that icecream is amazing. Way better than marble slab in price and quality.

If I can, I would give 0 star to this location. Lady with glasses at the closing time is not at all professional and no etiquettes.
