Visit for the food; it’s reliably good. However, the gravy has become thin and watery—come on, KFC, you can do better! I understand it’s likely packaged gravy, but just adding water isn’t the solution. When you’re running low, make a fresh batch instead of diluting it!

The service was terrible! My delivery order was missing gravy, and when I called to address the issue, they told me I could get it with my next order. They even suggested that I place another order and pay for delivery again! I definitely won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

The service was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked and not enjoyable.

Got a meal before work today and the lid on my drink was not properly secured to the cup. The drink spilled all over my pants and the fries. Had to throw out the fries as they were soaked in sprite. I went up to the register to ask for some napkins to dry myself up and for a refill. She handed me literally 2 napkins and refused to refill my drink. Very very rude. I also work in a restaurant and this is just unacceptable. Will not be coming back.

My husband went to this location around 4:40pm 20mins before closing but they only have 8pcs of chicken to offer no sandwich no fries nothing just chicken the staff was very rude. This location has poor customer service!!!never recommend to
