AL the manager is the nicest man ever! He made ordering a burger super fun. I was also very impressed at how clean the kitchen looked and how nice the inside is for seating.Will definitely be back.

I had disappointing experience at this location. I read all the good reviews and decided to try but it was a disaster.Firstly, missing order notes is a significant oversight that can lead to customer dissatisfaction. It is essential for a restaurant to pay attention to specific requests or preferences outlined by customers, as it demonstrates attentiveness and a commitment to providing a satisfactory dining experience. I asked for everything on my burger but no pickles and the only thing they added was pickles.Furthermore, poor customer service is never acceptable, particularly in the drive-thru where efficiency and friendliness are crucial. The absence of a greeting is a basic expectation that sets the tone for the entire interaction. By neglecting this simple but essential aspect, Harvey's failed to create a welcoming atmosphere and left us feeling unimportant as a customer.Overall, the experience at Harvey's with missing order notes and poor customer service at the drive-thru is regrettable. It is my hope that the restaurant takes the feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Great service, and great food. super friendly staff, Manger came to make sure food was good. it's not dirty in the bathroom like most fast food restaurants.

Excellent service and atmosphere in this store, man runing the till was extremely nice and well mannered, all of the staff seemed to be happy and worked with a smile. Workers were extremely nice and even came and asked us how our food was once we sat down, and thanked us for coming. Would deffinalty eat here every time I find myself in the west end. Store was also incredibly clean and the washrooms were spotless

Service was very friendly and quick. Food was great and at a good price. A big thank you to Al and the team!
