The waitstaff were exceptionally warm and friendly, checking in on me multiple times throughout my meals to ensure I felt welcomed and had everything I needed. On my second day, I arrived 20 minutes early, based on the information from the hotel front desk, which stated that breakfast ended at 10:30 AM. To my surprise, I found that the hot items had already been cleared away, leaving only the cold options. It turned out that the hot food was only available until 10:00 AM. However, Johanna, one of the staff members, noticed me searching for eggs and bacon. With a warm smile, she approached and asked if I would like something hot, offering me eggs, bacon, and sausage. I happily accepted, and within just a few minutes, one of the servers returned with a plate of two over-easy eggs, along with a generous serving of bacon and sausage. In similar situations, most servers might have simply said, "Sorry, the hot items finished at 10:00 AM." But not Johanna and her team—they went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed for breakfast. I was genuinely impressed by their "whatever I can do to help you" attitude. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. The service I received was incredibly friendly and focused on customer satisfaction.

The steak was incredibly tasty, and Chelsey was a delightful server. I firmly believe that great food and great service go together, and both surpassed my expectations. Thank you, Chelsey, for being such a warm and cheerful presence—it truly enhanced my experience!

The service was outstanding, but unfortunately, the food was served cold. I visited for Mother's Day, and the price was $40 per adult. Although we had a reservation for 10 AM, the buffet wasn't set up when we arrived. There were no eggs available on the buffet line; they only offered eggs Benedict, which had to be prepared on demand. The English muffins were also toasted upon request, but mine came out so overcooked that it was nearly inedible! Don't they know about chafing dishes? There wasn't even an omelette station. Overall, it simply wasn't worth the cost, and I won’t be coming back.
