Just went there with a coupon on my phone with the Dairy Queen app, and the one lady was so disrespectful and doesn't know how to talk properly even a little bit. She said “THERE IS NO CODE HERE” and was ignoring what I was saying. Won't be visiting again.
Worst customer service ever!! Ordered a Reese's Caramel Pretzel Blizzard and get my order and it is full of peanuts (and barely anything else in it). I don't eat nuts so I tried to ask for a replacement as it didn't state nuts on the menu. Her response was that their advertisements showed that it had nuts in it...I don't watch TV ? Anyway they refused to do anything about it. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. Won't be going back there EVER!!
It was my 3rd or 4th time visiting there and everytime it was terrible experience. The oreoblizzard was so melted it was dripping outside the cup and the lady who took my order she was at the front and everytime I go there she is soo rude to me. She doesn't answer my question because I wasn't not that familiar with DQ u guyys should fire her coz she is mean to everytime my friend also went there and had the same issue
They don’t know how to manage the drive thru and window order together manager are rude with staffWait 20 minutes for 1 cone and triple chocolate brownie
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant!!! It was absolutely terrible!! My daughter, who is disabled and uses a wheelchair, accidentally dropped her spoon. My wife and I each went up separately to request a replacement spoon, but we were told that they are only for customers. We explained that it was for our daughter, but the server made a derogatory comment about a certain cultural group always asking for extra spoons. While I understand the policy, there should be exceptions made out of basic human decency.
