Boston Pizza - Edmonton

We walked in at 9:50p the sign on the door and Google say it closes at 11pm.As we went to order out food we were in formed that the Manager just informed the waitress they were closing at 10! Absolutely ridiculous, they had no posting about any of that. Horrible

We are traveling though Edmonton staying at a near by hotel . We had 5 meals,One had hair in the food .One had a steak and it was dropped eating evening longer for the foodAnd the shrimp tacos were frozen uncookedThe washroom was gross , every toilet had poop in it , the toilet paper and paper towel was all over the floorThe service was VERY poor .we were seated immediately however to order a water I had to go up to the waitress station and ask.The drinks weren’t great the food was terrible and the atmosphere was disgusting. You could smell the bathrooms from our table and we were the only table there so they weren’t busy in any way

We were a group of 7 and was brought COLD food. Sent it back 4 times just for them to put it in the microwave. Finally had a enough and asked for the manager.

Weren’t open when they said they were. Saw an employee go in so we tried again. Door was locked and no one came. So we ate next door.

I’ve ordered the pasta a few times now with the bolognese sauce and pepperoni spicy sausage with these homemade meatballs they make. Whoever is making the food is amazing thank you so much and the service is always nice I appreciate it, goes a long way. Keep up the good
