Panera Bread - Edison

I know it?s been said but I felt the need to repeat it. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive through line for a coffee. I couldn?t go inside because I had a sleeping kid in the car and am not comfortable leaving her in the car even for a minute.Other places have spaces for people with large orders to pull into. I understand the whole country is short staffed but surelythis could be more efficient?

I really enjoy Panera, but this location needs to enhance the drive-thru waiting process. If an order is going to take longer and cause delays, they should direct those cars to a designated waiting area until their orders are ready. It's unreasonable to keep all the cars in the drive-thru waiting.

I can only give this restaurant 3 stars. I placed my order and waited 20 minutes, only to be told that several items were unavailable. They offered substitutions, which I didn't really prefer. After that, I had to wait another 10 minutes, making it a lengthy experience overall, especially since there were only 6 people ahead of me. The staff seemed disorganized and unsure of how to handle the situation.

Pulled off interstate for a quick bite to eat Congrats this location has earned a fat 0 from me. Horrible customer service, foul language being used amongst each other. Employees need hair nets when working with food. I nicely asked employeeto disregard the chipotle sauce on pizza, her response we don 't have any sauce and it 's made already anyways . My response:None....I refuse to match low class energy. To owner: I chose to take the high road and not match rudeness with the educated.Please train your staff, let them know customers are the reason you have a pay check. I would never ever have employees in myplace of business with this type of attitude. BTW the reviews are the truth, my mistake for not checking them first. Tip: skipthis location, read reviews before entering. Pic is proof of what was purchased.

I waited 40 minutes for my group of six to get our orders on a Sunday night at 6 PM. Many customers left after becoming frustrated with the long wait. I ultimately requested a refund, and unless this restaurant hires entirely new staff, I don't plan to return. Fast food is meant to be quick, or else I would have just gone to a regular restaurant.
