B'est - Edinburgh

Odd service. I was at b’est a few times and eating is generally good. the main problem is that the service can be a little strange. Last time we left, the service was painfully slow. the restaurant wasn't even full. there is a large window that looks into the kitchen, and we saw how the cook had a burning series with one of the waiting staff. although our dinner was tasty, the atmosphere in the restaurant was very bad and we were really set off. I wasn't brave enough to get back!

The experience was excellent. The portions were very generous and flavorful. We ordered all vegetarian dishes and everything was loved by all. The chef was kind and even came out to ask for feedback on the meal. The service was also very good.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is top-notch, all at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and polite. I highly recommend trying the garlic chilli chicken and garlic naan bread, as they are excellent. This is definitely one of the best curry restaurants in Edinburgh.

The food is delicious, the service is excellent and friendly, and the prices are good. I recommend trying a selection of tapas dishes, with three dishes being perfect for two people along with rice and naan bread. The atmosphere inside is great, with good music and decorations. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent experience all around! beautiful workers who are very attentive and have helped us identify the vegan options. we chose the dahl, zwiebel baji, veggie pakora, kartoffelaloo with spinat, peshawari naan, pilau reis and a kicherbsen dish that were all amazing! will definitely return and recommend to others:
