Shiso is our favorite sushi place in the western Denver area. Whether for takeout or dining in, it's hard to find raw fish this fresh so far from the ocean. The staff is fantastic, too; we've had Justin as our server several times, and he's always attentive and helpful. He even guided us to a sake that has become a staple for us. Overall, it’s a great dining experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50.
