I stopped by last week to grab some food on my way home and they had a sign up that said closed until further notice. I found no info online as to why they were/are closed, or that they were even closed

PLEASE REFUND ME.... Placed a to-go order online and was charged $60 on October 7th. I showed up and they were closed until further notice. I have yet to receive a refund and can't get in contact with anyone. Please Ohana, can you refund me or call me back? I will kindly remove my review once I get your attention.

Update your the Google listing for your hours. Having driven there twice now only to have these signs saying it's either closed, closes at 2pm, or something else is really disappointing Service: 1

The food here is amazing but oh my god this is the most frustrating restaurant to try and frequent. I've ordered takeout several time, and each time end up having to wait 15-30 minutes until after my pickup time to receive the order. It's like they don't put your ticket in until you get there. I've basically given up on trying to order food from here despite how good it is. If you are lucky and/or patient then give it a shot, but if you value your time and sanity look elsewhere
