This is one of the best tempura spots in town, although I really miss how beautifully the food was presented before COVID-19. I even shared a picture from 2015 to showcase how it used to look. You can place an order for takeout, but I must say, tempura doesn't fare well when taken home. It's far better enjoyed in the restaurant's dining area. If you're not comfortable with dining in, taking it back to your car is an option as well. The key to enjoying tempura lies in its crispiness, which diminishes if you wait too long to eat it. So, to fully appreciate the dishes here, it’s best to dig in as soon as you receive your order from the kitchen. Otherwise, the experience isn't quite the same. The cooking time is about 10-15 minutes, and it may take longer when the place is busy. On a positive note, they've improved their post-pandemic packaging. They've switched from styrofoam to plastic containers and now incorporate vent holes in the plastic lids.

The food quality is on and off, but generally good (it all depends on the time of the day you order it) Everything is hot and fresh but miso soup one time tasted bad. I hope they can keep up the consistency and always serve the best Japanese traditional tempura meal and miso soup.

Have been there twice. Good Tendon. I like their fried egg, tempura white fish, tempura veggie and tempura eel. Tempura shrimp was not very fresh this time. Pickle was good. You can order your meal at the kiosk. And you can get the reward points

I really enjoy this restaurant. The food is delicious, and they offer a variety of options. The staff is okay, although there's not much interaction with customers. I usually order the jumbo shrimp (as shown in the picture), which is a fantastic choice for a quick lunch. It's not very busy during the week, so you’ll receive your food promptly.
