Panera Bread - Eau Claire

I have never had a bad experience at Panera. I must admit, I am a bit addicted to their Baja bowl and order it for pick up at least once a week. It is always delicious, but last night it was exceptional. I feel that customer service has been lacking at some places recently, so I feel compelled to give credit where it is due. When I picked up my order and brought it home, it was like a work of art. It tasted better than ever before. To the employees at Panera, I am attaching a photo of my masterpiece Baja bowl. It was absolute perfection. ?‍??

The person who took my order was rude. The food was alright. I will not return to this restaurant. There are many other dining options available.

The service at this restaurant is excellent - they are prompt in answering phone calls. The food is decent, although not outstanding, and the ambiance of the place is wonderful.

My order wws chicken noodle soup and a bun. Great flavor. Tasty bread. And this waa my first visit to this franchise.

Good location, I work nearby so I am here a lot. Hazelnut coffee EDIT: I no longer work nearby so I don’t go to Panera very often. I much prefer a location less corporate, somewhere that makes its own food or brings food in from local vendors.I will say that Panera is one of the few places that still offers bear claws, even if they come frozen from the back of a truck. They are still pretty good quality and I will have one occasionally when they come in the donut boxes at work.Panera pulled a Revenant on me with this one, because these bear claws f’d me up
