Now, about the chalupa… it was a small corn tortilla—definitely not fried, as it was extremely soggy—topped with beans, rice, tomato, and guacamole, but without any meat. It looked like an afterthought rather than a dish meant to be enjoyed. It was nearly impossible to pick up because it was packed with 70% lettuce. None of this is mentioned on their online menu. Whoever taught the cook how to prepare a chalupa really missed the mark.
