Arby's - Eau Claire

Long wait for service to take order. Longer wait for lunch to be ready. No teamwork!

Hot/fresh, friendly staff, and order was correct, took awhile but fresh!

I must have gotten the short end of the stick here. I had to wait a long time for just two burgers and curly fries that were all crushed and very dark and overcooked. The chicken was so overcooked that I could barely bite into it. I think I'll pass on this place next time. Thankfully, there are plenty of other fast food options to choose from. Maybe the time of day matters. I've been here before and everything was great.

The food was hot and fresh, the staff were friendly, and my order was accurate. It took a bit long, but everything was freshly prepared.

My mom has always enjoyed Arby's, it's her favorite place. Thank you.
