Just like every other Costa I've been to, I find it lacking in quality and charm, much like Starbucks. It's a big chain that lacks personality and warmth, with a terrible coffee blend that leaves a bad aftertaste. The place is dirty, and the staff seem more interested in gossip than serving customers. It's frequented by people who wouldn't know good coffee if it hit them in the face. Overall, a terrible experience.
