Papa John's Pizza - East York

Check your order before you leave! Good thing there are many pizza places to choose from because this place is aweful! This is the second time I was given the wrong pizza. They will literally tell you to go kick rocks and that it is your problem. No refunds, no replacements, not even an apology. Go somewhere else, they are thieves! I will NEVER return.

We've tried every pizza place in this area. This is consistently the best. Period.

Worst customer service. It was a bad experience. I was treated badly. They give me pizza from garbage. It was burnt . And sales man lied. I will never order from this store.Uber gave me solution . They spoke to you guys and advise me to pick up from store . Once I called your store . The guy at the store told me they prepared my pizza . Though I cancelled I have to pay again. I cancelled because I had wrong address and right away like in a few second I called your store to to cancel. They were aware of that . But how come they have prepared the pizza . Anyways after short argument the guy told me to come to store. However when I come to store all the way from downtown, he said he throw it on the garbage . I called Uber again and they negotiate something . I was watching from the parking lot. Uber cx service came back to me and told me to pick up now. How come a guy make pizza in 2 minutes and I ordered regular . It was burnt at bottom. Now tell me what I guess . As he was upset and said he threw a brand new pizza at the garbage . And now I have believe that he picked up from there and hit up a bit and give me my pizza . Very unpleasant and unprofessional guy

Dirty filthy disgusting place! Also the deliverie guy was opening and touching the pizza!!On the floor bugs and flys Also on the counter!!

The person I called on the phone at 10:30 Wednesday night had horrible costumer service tried to ask to make up for a previous order or make an exception because of the stores mistake previous time but he was very difficult to deal with.
