The Roasted Tomato - East Stroudsburg

We thoroughly enjoyed everything, from the small, but super fresh salad bar, including lovely pasta salads and 2 homemade soups. Then we shared crab stuffed shrimp like you'd only get oceanside, and a perfectly cooked and seasoned steak. This handsome chefis raising the bar here, and you really must check out this up and coming restaurant gem!

I give this restaurant 2 stars, primarily because the server was polite and sweet. Unfortunately, the food left much to be desired; its quality was terrible. The price is also unacceptable for what you receive. There's nothing worse than overpaying for subpar food.

The food was excellent! The fried chicken wings were outstanding, and the fries were nice and crispy.

Absolutely fantastic! The food was so delicious that our very particular teenager finished every bite. I never anticipated such amazing dishes at a hotel restaurant. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive!

Absolutely some of the best cooked and the best flavor seafood we have had in a long time. A must go place.
