Kfc - East Stroudsburg

They had delicious grilled chicken. And I've never been to a KFC where the sourced local fresh chicken from a farm and it's location.

They don't pay much attention to orders; it seems their main priority is just to get the food out quickly to reduce wait times in the lobby.

This is everything you hope KFC will be. The food was piping hot and fresh. The staff was friendly, even though they were short-staffed and busy with a lot of customers. The fast food chicken was excellent, along with all the sides.

The cashier was friendly and efficient, but the chicken appeared to be very old and dry, with a strange aftertaste. I spent over $40, only to get home and find that the chicken was ashy and rubbery. Some parts of the tenders felt like jerky.

I had an incredible experience with Delasia's service. She was very kind and handled a crowded lobby with such poise—completely calm and professional. As someone with 12 years of management experience in the quick service restaurant industry, I truly appreciate that kind of demeanor. You’re fortunate to have her on your team!
