Voujon - East Riding of Yorkshire

Walked in tonight, ordered two meals,had a corbra beer whilst i waited,Abdul greeted me very pleasant, unknown to me i got home and extras were in the take away bag,food as always very tasty, i recommend this Voujon, Barry Taylor.

While visiting friends nearby, we ordered a takeaway from here. Having heard nothing but good things we enjoyed our food, only disappointment being it was not as hot as I would have expected. But a quick reheat in the microwave sorted that out! We had the Murgi Badam and Gost Pathwari with pilau and lemon rice's and peshwari and chilli and coriander naans. Very nice!

Visited here on Saturday the 18th of June…. Lovely restaurant and atmosphere, attentive staff and great service especially from Syed. We had a variety of dishes and sides including chilli chicken masala, butter chicken mixed platter and sides… everything was hot, flavoursome and delicious. Our friends first visit to Brough and they gushed and said it was one of the best Indians they had eaten in a long time. Thank you all

Had takeout for 4 tonight but each dish tasted the same. Too much sauce and tough chicken in the Butter Chicken. We've used Voujon regularly since it opened but this will be the last time.

Restaurant ambience was very nice. Well laid out, nice pictures on the wall and very clean. Main Meals were very nice, hot and plenty to eat in most cases. The odd main meal could have more to it. The only disappointing part of this experience was that the desserts were not as those shown on the desert menu, this was especially the Ice Cream Sundae in a plastic cone just like what comes from an ice cream van and not was shown in the picture. VERY DISAPPOINTED
