Our visit to the Duke of Cumberland was a memorable one. We stopped in for a few drinks and some food, and we were pleasantly surprised. The mac cheese was a standout, well presented and cooked to perfection. The beer was just what we needed, incredibly refreshing. The pub itself had a fantastic blend of old-world charm and modern elements, creating an inviting atmosphere. Plus, they offered pool and darts, adding to the entertainment. It was an all-around great experience!

This little pub is truly amazing, with exceptional food, a vibrant atmosphere, and a very welcoming staff. My wife and I came here for our 1-year anniversary and I am so glad I pre-booked a table. The place was full of lively energy, but in all the right ways. The owner of the pub made it her mission to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. When she found out our accommodation didn't have a shower, she generously offered us the use of her own personal shower and bath the next morning. We were so touched by her kindness and care. We are already planning to make this a tradition and include it in our trip next year because we felt so welcomed and the food was so delicious. Thank you, Josh and Bonnie, for a wonderful experience.
