Costa Coffee - East Renfrewshire

I was here for lunch with my youngest grandchild. The service isn’t super fast but it is friendly. As usual it was quite busy with a fair number of school kids. It’s standard Costa fare and as usual on the high side of acceptable pricing.

I visit costa in Clarkston as often as I can around my shifts at work. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner by name and they know my usual order without having to ask. There are some members of staff in particular who are fabulous and go out their way to make sure you've got what you need and promptly. Jen, Michael, Saffron, Sandra, Grace and Oliver are all assets to the company and make it such a lovely place for me to go to for my coffee and toast. I can sit and relax and read my book without hassles. All excellent baristas with great customer service skills

I found my interactions with staff awfully unpleasant and I see them as very ill mannered individuals. Asking for things as simple as where is the sugar got them wound up .Disappointed to say the least .

Not sure who is responsible for cleaning the disabled toilet. On Monday 9 November I visited with my friend. Considering all the hand hygiene precautions the toilet was disgraceful. Important that it should be crucial.
