The Seared Heifer - East Peoria

Huge burger! The pineapple was incredible, and my family couldn't get enough of the pineapple chutney. I ordered the spicy burger, and it was delicious. I wasn't a big fan of the fries, but everyone else enjoyed them. The service was excellent and very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!

Incredible food! We started with six buffalo wings as an appetizer, and they were honestly the best wings we've ever had. And we really know our food! We ordered another six of the Pineapple Express wings (which aren't officially on the menu yet), and believe it or not, they were even better. Our burgers were massive and absolutely delicious! The oven truly works wonders! The buns are local, and you can definitely tell. The fries were like little bites of heaven... so good! We highly recommend you RUN here instead of going to The Seared Heifer! The staff was wonderful—very friendly and helpful! Plus, the place was clean and had great blues music playing... it felt just right. We've found our new favorite spot, without a doubt!

The place was fantastic! I was looking for a great burger spot that serves top-notch burgers, and this place certainly delivers. But they don’t stop with burgers; they also offer a variety of delicious flavors and appetizers that are all equally impressive. The food is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly, genuinely caring about your experience. It’s the perfect blend of a family-friendly atmosphere and quality dining!

Really interesting new place. Good food (usually burger, but not just the standard stuff), super friendly staff, great music (classical blues). 4 stars because they are new and have some rooms to improve, the biggest is not wine or beer, but they get their license soon. We'll be back. You should try them.

Great food. Seems a little pricey for a burger and fries, but you will not leave hungry. My wife couldn't finish her fries, I barely got them down. And the owner is Luther Alison's nephew so there is great blues music playing the whole time you're there. They are somehow affiliated with cheesenuts pizza, too, who were in the building before them.
