Known for the frozen yogurt my wife loves. But the ice is fucking good.

How can I express the importance of customer service, attention and patience. The owner should be as proud as his staff handles every order and more important, every customer. The staff welcomes every customer and sends them out with a thank you. What I experienced by a customer this evening was disgusting, rude and respectful, but more so I was so impressed by the way the young girl/employe treated the situation. She was patient and professional and she was probably all 16 her first job in the most demanding customer service. You could sell the worst product (together it is the best TCBY in the country), but if your staff is engaged, sincere, attentive, care and beautiful, customers will come again and again. As I do and as I want. Thank you to the staff!!!!

You're very kind. The smoothies taste great and they make it thicker when you ask. Also my $3 voucher warns repayable because I don't spend enough and they took $2 out of the sum anyway!

Stopped here as a treat after a tutoring session at Huntington Learning Center. Great selection and even more important, they did a great job with cleanliness. Felt very comfortable and will be back!
