Service was extremely slow, waterglasses never filled again, empty plates never clean up, space needs a floor manager

To keep it short. waiting to sit was over 30 minutes, also with a reservation music was extremely loud as if I was in a club, so all our experience was badly made to begin. Once we got to the table, we didn't get a service for another 10 minutes. no brot, no water. when the waiter came and asked what kind of water we wanted, he took another 10 minutes to bring us a bottle of water. After the food order has been placed, we sat there for 1.5 hours. when we complained about the waiter, the waiter said that only 2 of the 4 dinners were started. that they have a new cook a month ago and they have constant problems with eating. Anyway, they hope they get their things together. was not a good experience.

I usually don't consider myself as my spouse and I'm pretty simple, but that was a terrible experience and I hope that management can provide their employees constructive criticism to improve the service. we had an early dinner reservation with our 5 year old daughter. we sat at our table. brot. offered hahn or foam water by a bus person. then 15 minutes without water. and no server. then literally the above mentioned bus person and call them over the dining room for water and he remembers. no server for 25mins. brot gone, finally our server comes. apologise that “the evening service assignments have not recognized” says we will “number a priority”. they ask for weinmenu. (which we had asked for the same bus subscriber, but again he ignored this request also.) to get weinkarte. order wine. order food. salat course with daughters eating pasta are served. we were informed after ordering a “Bowl of rigatoni with olive oil” for them that “the kitchen gives us a hard time, as there are olives on the table you do not want to add when it is here”. no problem, I can drop their pasta with olive oil. pasta on the table covered with butter. ah. sat back. salate coming. then we wait another 20 minutes for a french wobbles soup and a simple pasta with broccolini and wore. grew tired to watch our server smooze and chat with the entertainment and other employees and ignore the table. finally got check and with too much cash on table bc we were simply desperate to leave after a 100min meal that we thought would be easy, yummy, and fast and honest did not want to sit and wait another 10-15 minutes for our change. no good experience. management is aware. Eating here is always delicious. we have been patrons for years. but this time the service was regrettable. take the victor over eating and work on the service staff.

Went here for lunch with a girlfriend. We had the lunch special which is really nice. We both had the Caprese sandwich. My girlfriend had the French onion soup which she said was delicious. I had the Caesar salad also good. The sandwiches were good but this is the second time I’ve had it for lunch. The first time it came on a garlic roll with a little oil and some cheese sprinkled on it. The roll was absolutely delicious. This time it was just a roll which was good but nowhere near as good as the first time. This is the reason I gave the review 4 stars not 5.
