Luen Hop Chinese - East Hartford

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but I have noticed that the total price of our orders seems to change by $5-7 each time. I understand that food costs may fluctuate, but it would be more transparent if any price increases were reflected in all orders and listed on the menu.

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child, but lately it has gone downhill. In the past few months, I have noticed that they have been overcharging customers and the customer service is terrible. A simple soda cost me $3! Last night, I ordered my usual meal which usually costs me around $28, but ended up paying $45 due to the inflated prices. I am now considering finding a cheaper option closer to my house in New Britain. Be cautious of their prices when ordering, as they seem to change each time. I hope they bring back the original owners.

This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants because of their delicious boneless spare ribs and pork fried rice.

More decent place. not the best. they get the job done.

Lunch is always good. Fresh food good price no complains
