Applebee's - East Hanover

Didn't disappoint like last time...: Last time we had our meal in Woodbury, it was really bad experience, pretty slow to go this place. I know every diner is stupid, so we tried. Good ambience, we sit near TV, they have 3-4 types of seating including bar top. We ordered clubhouse grill, chicken tender with onion rings next to each other. The sandwich was really good and this time we ordered cocktails right at the point. You didn't screw up this time. The server was polite. Good time.

The food was great. Not expensive and food was well done. Other way to say fresh. Waiting time was a bit because it was a Friday night, but expected. I had a burger that was amazing, menu is moderate for food, not too expensive or too cheap. Place was clean. I would recommend it and go again.

Food was great, so no complaints about the food. They could do better with their service. We waited for a waiter to come to our table and ask if we wanted drinks. I had to call someone to help. The waitress didn't know what a pint was. Are we just serving pints in Ireland and not in America?

As far as an Applebee's goes, it's as good as any. I give them credit for using local high school and college decor, but it's not an eye pleasing experience. The food is consistent and decent. As far as route 10 goes, there aren't many great options, so I'll go back for the won-ton appetizers and a beer, but I don't need to go out of my way.
