Cravings Without the Guilt Cafe

I had an early light lunch of Penne Carbonara here today at around 11am at $9.90 (one of their daily specials) for the price it was a good feed nice and creamy. Service provision was great with my meal being served within about 10 minutes of ordering. The waitress Maria was a bit of a character who it appears has been working there for quite a while because she seemed to have memorised all her regular customers orders as they streamed through the door in a fairly constant rate. Coeliac 's heaven!. Stumbled across this café whilst travelling through Geelong what an absolute gem for a person with Coeliac Disease!! I had the baguette with tandoori chicken, the bread was so fresh and so 'normal ' tasting, didn 't crumble or fall apart and the filling was just delightful. Plenty of GF options available and the lady who serviced us was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for any person with Coeliac Disease finally, a café with the convenience factor!

Healthy, delicious and friendly!. I come to Cravings almost every day of the week. It's the perfect breakfast, lunch and coffee spot! The food is always fresh, the coffee always great and the cakes always tempting! The menu changes weekly making each meal exciting, although I do have my usual favourites! As a coeliac, it is difficult to find a dedicated gluten free cafe but Cravings does it with a fantastic array of food even their soy milk is gluten free! The service is also superb I'm always greeted by lovely staff, happy to chat and offering very personal service!

Awsome hidden Gem. I can not speak highly enough of this cafe. I was visiting Geelong and needed Gluten Free.After googling Gluten Free cafe's in Geelong Cravings cafe came up among with a few others but thanks to the extensive information on their facebook page I decided on Cravings cafe over the others.The cafe in itself is adorable with quirky little odds and ends that make it unique. The only draw back is that it is alittle small and its a little akward getting in and around the chairs and tables during their busy lunch period.The food was awsome. They had an extensive menu. I was extremely pleased to find out that they make everything on premisis including their own Gluten Free pies!!!!Customer service was great, the staff member I dealt with seemed very informed about Gluten free and the ingredients listed in all the items.My favourite thing was the freshly made Gluten free panini. Yum Yum Yum!It's just a shame this place isn't in Melbourne.

Came here for a coffee, but decided to stay for a light meal after I saw the variety of gluten free options on the menu. It's not often you find a range of gluten free items on the menu in Geelong! Both the food and coffee was great, and I'm a big fan of coffee! I would highly recommend Cravings Cafe if you are in the Geelong area, especially if you like your meals gluten free.
