This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible! My food arrived two hours late and cold. When I called to complain, the staff was rude and the manager refused to speak to me, claiming they were too busy. The woman I spoke to on the phone was cocky, rude, and disrespectful. I would not recommend ordering from this place.

I decided to try out the next restaurant on my list, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. I regret not reading the reviews before placing my order. After receiving a confirmation email for my online order with a delivery time of 5:48, I called at 6:30 only to be told that my food was still being cooked and to wait another hour. How can they send a delivery email without even having cooked the food yet? I was so let down by the poor service that I will not be giving them any future business. To make matters worse, at 7:30 they called me to say they wouldn't be delivering tonight and asked me to pick up my order instead. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund.

The food from here is amazing. Have ordered from here many times. However thoroughly disappointed with the service this evening. We have been waiting for over 2 hours!! When I rang to find out where our order is, I got told sorry, it'll be another 30 minutes!! Recommend the food 100%, but not the delivery.

Original wait time 40mins I phoned up after 1 hour to find out how much longer to be told a further 30mins waited another 40mins it finally turned up very disappointed all containers had leaked and food was extremely salty

Terrible, no matter when you order you always have to wait over 2 and a half hours even though their delivery email states less than an hour. When you telephone after allotted email time always told be half an hour, phone back 40 mins later told it will be another half and hour, just relentless wait after wait. Tried many times now and it's the same every single time.
