Breakfast in the morning. 2 Beyond sausage and egg sandwiches with cheese. You were AWFUL. They were cold. You used Swiss cheese that uses Swiss cheese on a breakfast sandwich? And the worst were five dollars. For three dollars I can go to your competitor and get only two egg cookies that are hot, fresh and taste great. I'm not coming back.

I've been waiting in this line for 20 minutes. People say you want people to move forward and you'll get them out! Here's the best part. It was for 3 donuts and a small hot cocoa.

Went through the drive thru and asked if we could do two separate commands (two people in the same car) that are not a big deal other place we are? This lady was so rude. She said in a very rude tone? will they be long? I have a line? My sister and I were still shocked for a second by the rudeness and boldness of this question like, can you not say that to a customer I don't understand how in the world you think that?s okay??not mentioning, customer service I can't imagine something like that to a customer, then another lady came up and took our order and seemed stressed out and a little emotional than we were on the window we were getting out will never go to this place again.

The only time I was here was late at night when I wanted ice cream. The guy who takes my order asked what I want, and not caring that I told him to surprise me. What I got was a normal ice cream coffee with a ton of sugar sitting at the bottom of my cup. Fun Fact: The dissolving point of the sugar is not the temperature of the ice. Of course he surprised me.

I encountered some of the rudest staff I have ever met in my life. They were out of nearly every flavor of munchkins and had an unpleasant attitude throughout our visit. They also forgot one of our donuts and a coffee order. I will not be returning.
