I am sorry to have to leave a negative review, but I am very disappointed. I ordered food through Uber Eats and what I received did not taste good. I ordered two dishes - broth and Russian dumplings. While I enjoyed the taste of the dumplings, the broth was not good. It tasted like sour water with added Maggi and butter, which was very strange. The Russian dumplings also did not taste like authentic Russian dumplings. I ate the dumplings but had to throw away the broth. The food used to be delicious here, but it seems like the chef has changed and the quality has suffered. I hope I don't get sick from the broth, especially since I am pregnant. It is important to maintain high standards as you may be losing customers. The only positive aspect was how well the food was packed for delivery. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience.

It was one of my favorite Polish cuisine places, but unfortunately the level of service that my boyfriend and I found there led me to this opinion. Two weeks ago, on Sunday around 4 p.m., we visited this place for dinner. Seeing that there was quite a lot of traffic, we knew that the waiting time might be longer, but I still had a while before work so we decided to stay. We waited for a table and placed our order immediately at the counter so as not to have to wait for service at the table, and then we sat down at the indicated table. After about 40 minutes of waiting and when we noticed that people coming after us already had their orders on the tables, my boyfriend went to ask about our order, to which the confused waitress replied that it would be there in 10-15 minutes (as if she forgot about it). After another 20 minutes of waiting, I went to the cash register to ask about our order, to which the same girl indignantly replied that she had been talking for 15-20 minutes... already changing versions... so I said that we had been waiting for over an hour and we really don't have time to wait anymore and we should ask for takeout because the time has already passed... and then the same waitress went to the kitchen, did not come back to us, just started taking care of a table with birthdays and without even saying a word, I apologize. , she started walking in the opposite direction, leaving (probably the new girl) in this whole situation... after another, maybe 10 minutes, I asked the second waitress to just return us because we wouldn't wait any longer, and then the second waitress went to the kitchen and she brought our order. I used to work in a restaurant and I can understand everything, there can be a lot of traffic, you can forget something, but just saying the word sorry I forgot... especially since the attention was paid in a polite way, and not the customer being beaten and even running away to another part of the room. . Times have changed a bit and customer service has moved forward, and unfortunately this girl's behavior was at the level of the Polish People's Republic... we really liked coming here, the food was really tasty, but unfortunately because of such service I don't think we will ever visit this place again.

I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and it was truly fantastic. The price per person ranged from £10 to £20, which I found to be very reasonable. The food was absolutely delicious, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was also excellent, quick and attentive, another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, scoring a perfect 5 as well. I highly recommend trying their recommended dish, Placek Po Węgiersku.
