Delicious! I loved my Oreo Protein Shake and it kept me for hours full! I'll be DEFINITELY back. I can't wait to try the 30 grams of protein waffles!! The staff was so sweet and even with me. This is a good customer service! Wow!

I visited this restaurant for the first time after work, and I have to say, Carissa did an amazing job guiding me! She was very knowledgeable, and the combination of tea and protein, along with the various other nutrients, was delicious! She was also incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Since moving to Eagle, I discovered this place while searching for a smoothie, and it turned out to be so much more! I absolutely love visiting here and it has become a key part of my morning routine. Their shakes and teas are delicious, and Trilife makes it easy for me to track my macros and meet my nutritional goals. The customer service is wonderful; they're always smiling and welcoming!
