Thai O - Eagle Crest

I love their curry. We have had it several times and it is excellent. I feel their chicken sate is however very overpriced.

2 hour wait for sub-par cold food with the worst service I've ever had.The guy, I believe, is the owner could care less if you're happy or even satisfied. There was no water for the first hour, then with a squire on his face, the water was brought, but do not expect a refill. We finally received our order only to find out one order was never put in. He had the gall to say the noodle dish was still cooking, after a 2 hour wait mind you.My best advice is to tell everyone you know and if we are lucky, ? this place will go belly up and maybe just maybe we will get a good resteraunt in its place.

Absolutely unacceptably awful. Waiter was nice. They were not busy. Food was cold. Big black hair in our chicken satay. Spring rolls cold and mushy. We sent everything back to kitchen. Tipped waiter and walked out.

Well i was quite disappointed. I went during lunch. Walked in, saw 2 tables and then went straight to counter. No one. After a few minutes a server comes out and asks if I'm here for a pickup. I said I'd like to order something to go. Then a guy walks in and says I'm here to pickup. Server then immediately helps him. And when he's done he walked away. I stood there wondering why he's ignoring me. As he makes his way back i ask if i can order something to go, again .. he says oh i thought you were with him. Why cause we're both Asian who apparently one says wants to order something to go and one says I'm here for pickup? Wow, ok . So i order my order, and i dunno if he's having a bad day, but he's not friendly or professional. When my order is done, he makes no contact and just says here's your order. Still not looking at me but with 2 tables I'm sure he was just too busy .. then i ask him if there are chopsticks in the bag. He says i can grab them on my way out. Another wow...Finally tried the food. I ordered drunken noodles. So the noodles were good, the flavor. But my complaint was that there were more veggies than noodles. I love veggies. But where's the noodles? The portion was a bit small. Unfortunately i will not be going back. The server was just unprofessional and unfriendly.
